The Multi-Physics Characterization Platform of the IEMN includes 4 poles dedicated to the characterization of materials, devices and electronic systems, from the nanometer scale to electronic systems in their environment.
Beyond characterization, PCMP activities also include instrumental developments and prototype productions, particularly at the SigmaCom and C2EM poles.
The PCMP divisions are affiliated with the Renatech (PCP) and Rf-NET (CHOP – SigmaCom -C2EM) networks: they host external academic and industrial projects.
