- the valorization of the results: patents, articles of popularization, ..;
- dissemination of scientific information ;
- training through research: supervision of doctoral students, interns, etc.
A career as a researcher at the IEMN is carried out within the CNRS, the supervisory body of the IEMN. The CNRS recruits in all scientific fields by competitive examination. These competitions are open every year.
Candidates of all nationalities holding a doctorate, a Phd and/or other foreign diplomas, titles or equivalent work may apply for access to the corps of Chargées de recherche or Directeurs de recherche.
To apply as a CNRS researcher, it is preferable to do a post-doc of 1 to 2 years, if possible in a large laboratory abroad.
