General Ferrié Prize for Christophe Lethien
On December 5, 2022, Christophe Lethien, a teacher-researcher at Polytech Lille, received the Grand Prix 2022 de l'électronique "Général Ferrié" during a ceremony at the Espace Hamelin in Paris. Since 1963, this Grand Prix from the Société de l'Electricité, de l'Electronique et des Technologies de l'Information et de la Communication (SEE) and the Union Nationale des Associations des Transmissions (UNATRANS) has been awarded annually to recognize an engineer or scientist whose work has made a significant contribution to the progress of Information and Communication Systems, including in their energy aspects. This prize is a recognition of the work done at IEMN on electrochemical energy storage micro-devices for applications in the field of the Internet of Things (IoT).
