On the creation of IEMN, the joint research unit creators have seized the opportunity to support this new scientific ambition focusing on human and material resources working closer to the researchers.

These resources include: a reception area for the central laboratory, secretaries for research groups, main administrative departments for financial and human resources, a library, communication office and a computing support.
