2ème édition du Workshop IWITC « Technologies de l’Information et Communication sous le thème IoT pour une ville intelligente »

11-12/07/2018
IEMN Central Laboratory
Cité Scientifique" campus
Villeneuve d'Ascq

An event inviting researchers, students and industrialists to share a common interest in the city of the future and associated technologies (IoT, 5G, SDN, etc.).

The city of tomorrow is certainly an intelligent city based on innovation in terms of high value-added services. The technologies used will provide users with a rich catalogue of services in a wide range of fields, including access to knowledge, transport, buildings, energy, health, etc.

Information and communication technologies are an essential component of the city of tomorrow. This is a city where infrastructure, buildings, vehicles and citizens will be permanently connected and uninterrupted sources of very large volumes of data (Big Data). Once contextualised, this data will enable the design, development and supply of highly useful services with a high level of guarantee.

Participants will have the opportunity to present, share and discuss the latest innovations, prospects and challenges associated with the application of ICT for the intelligent city.
