Christophe Boyaval awarded the CNRS Crystal Medal 2021

Christophe Boyaval, assistant engineer within IEMN's technological and experimental platformsis the winner of the 2021 CNRS Crystal Medal. This award recognises research support staff who, through their creativitytheir technical expertise and their sense of innovationThey are working alongside researchers to advance knowledge and help to the excellence of French research.
As part of Equipex Excelsior, Christophe Boyaval took part in the development of two new instruments operating under a scanning electron microscope that enable nanometric-scale characterisation in a controlled environment.
