IEMN’S PhD student received the Young Research Award


Khac Duy Dinh, a PhD student in the CSAM group at IEMN, received the Young Research Award for his presentation on transition metal nitride-based micro-supercapacitors at the EMRS in Symposium J. This award recognises the work the PhD student is doing at IEMN on the fabrication of miniaturized energy storage devices. Khac Huy Dinh is funded by ISITE ULNE as part of the PEARL (Programme for Early-stage Researchers in Lille) doctoral programme and is supported by the RS2E and the StoreX labex.
