Congratulations to Elodie Carneiro on winning the thesis prize at the prestigious ICNS conference (14th International Conference on Nitride Semiconductors), attended by over 1,200 people in Fukuoka, Japan.

The prize was awarded for her CIFRE IEMN-EasyGaN thesis entitled :
