Mes travaux s\u2019articulent autour d\u2019un objectif central : concevoir et exploiter des dispositifs microfluidiques et biomim\u00e9tiques pour mod\u00e9liser, analyser et interagir avec le vivant \u00e0 des \u00e9chelles microscopiques. Initialement centr\u00e9e sur la spectroscopie T\u00e9rahertz appliqu\u00e9e \u00e0 la caract\u00e9risation des milieux biologiques, ma recherche a progressivement \u00e9volu\u00e9 vers la mise au point de plateformes\u00a0organes-sur-puce\u00a0et de syst\u00e8mes opto-fluidiques d\u00e9di\u00e9s \u00e0 la biologie cellulaire et \u00e0 la m\u00e9decine translationnelle.<br \/>\nCes travaux, conduits au sein du groupe BioMEMS de l\u2019IEMN, s\u2019inscrivent dans une dynamique interdisciplinaire associant ing\u00e9nierie, biophysique et biologie exp\u00e9rimentale. Ils ont permis de d\u00e9velopper de nouveaux mod\u00e8les in vitro pour l\u2019\u00e9tude de la m\u00e9tastase, du diab\u00e8te, de la transfection cellulaire et des interactions m\u00e9dicament-dispositif. Cette HDR refl\u00e8te ainsi une vision int\u00e9gr\u00e9e de la recherche, alliant rigueur scientifique, cr\u00e9ativit\u00e9 technologique et ouverture vers les applications cliniques et soci\u00e9tales, dans une logique de structuration du champ des\u00a0technologies pour le vivant.<\/p>\n<h5><span style=\"color: #800000;\">Abstract:<\/span><\/h5>\n<p>This Habilitation to Supervise Research (HDR) report presents a scientific journey built at the crossroads of physics, microtechnology, and life sciences. My work is driven by a central objective: to design and exploit microfluidic and biomimetic devices to model, analyze, and interact with living systems at the microscale. Initially focused on Terahertz spectroscopy for the characterization of biological media, my research progressively evolved toward the development of\u00a0organ-on-chip\u00a0platforms and opto-fluidic systems dedicated to cellular biology and translational medicine.<br \/>\nConducted within the BioMEMS group at IEMN, this research embodies a strongly interdisciplinary approach, bridging engineering, biophysics, and experimental biology. It has led to the creation of innovative\u00a0in vitro\u00a0models for studying metastasis, diabetes, cellular transfection, and drug-device interactions.
