Par un dispositif avanc\u00e9 de microscopie multisondes, la r\u00e9sistance \u00e9lectrique d\u2019une jonction unique entre deux nanofils a \u00e9t\u00e9 \u00e9tudi\u00e9e. Les mat\u00e9riaux les plus conducteurs, les m\u00e9taux, ne sont pas transparents quand ils sont massifs, mais le deviennent lorsqu\u2019on forme un maillage \u00e0 base de nanofils.<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Les r\u00e9seaux de nanofils d\u2019argent pr\u00e9sentent des propri\u00e9t\u00e9s de transparence, de conduction et de biocompatibilit\u00e9 particuli\u00e8rement attractives. Il reste cependant une grande r\u00e9sistance \u00e9lectrique r\u00e9siduelle du fait des interconnexions entre nanofils. Ainsi pour obtenir une meilleure conductivit\u00e9, l\u2019industrie recourt \u00e0 des post-traitements des \u00e9lectrodes, tels des recuits \u00e0 haute temp\u00e9rature permettant de souder les nanofils entre eux. Mais ce post traitement est incompatible avec les mat\u00e9riaux fragiles de l\u2019\u00e9lectronique souple : les substrats organiques se d\u00e9t\u00e9riorent \u00e0 haute temp\u00e9rature.<\/p>\n<p><strong><span style=\"color: #1d0052;\">Dans ce contexte, un proc\u00e9d\u00e9 est propos\u00e9, le soudage \u00e0 froid induit par capillarit\u00e9, qui consiste \u00e0 pulv\u00e9riser de l\u2019eau sur les r\u00e9seaux de nanofils. <\/span><\/strong>L\u2019am\u00e9lioration de la conductivit\u00e9 est observ\u00e9e lors de l\u2019\u00e9vaporation. Nous avons men\u00e9 une \u00e9tude des r\u00e9sistances d\u2019interconnexion, \u00e0 l\u2019\u00e9chelle de la jonction unique, gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 un \u00e9quipement unique pr\u00e9sent \u00e0 l\u2019IEMN.
