Her thesis, supervised by the WIND group, aimed to optimise GaN-on-silicon (GaN-on-Si) technologies for radio frequency (RF) applications, particularly in the field of communications and power electronics.<\/p>\n<p>Her work has led to significant advances in the integration and reliability of GaN-on-Si RF components, meeting the growing need for energy efficiency and miniaturisation in systems. In particular, she contributed to the optimisation of epitaxial growth steps and device architecture to reduce high-frequency losses and promote integration on silicon, while meeting cost and industrial compatibility constraints.<\/p>\n<p>Career opportunities and prospects: Elodie is currently continuing her work within a large European programme called EURIGAMI (European Innovative GaN Advanced Microwave Integration), funded by the European Defence Fund (EDF).
