Ces travaux ont \u00e9t\u00e9 r\u00e9alis\u00e9s avec le soutien financier de la M\u00e9tropole Europ\u00e9enne de Lille (MEL).<\/p>\n<p>Dans cet article intitul\u00e9 <strong>\u00abGLIP: Electromagnetic Field Exposure Map Completion by Deep Generative Networks\u00bb, <\/strong>le d\u00e9fi complexe de la reconstruction des cartes d&rsquo;exposition aux champs \u00e9lectromagn\u00e9tiques <strong>a \u00e9t\u00e9 abord\u00e9 en utilisant des nouveaux outils d&rsquo;intelligence artificielle<\/strong>. Cette cartographie repose sur des donn\u00e9es recueillies de mani\u00e8re \u00e9parse par des capteurs install\u00e9s par la MEL dans les quartiers de Wazemmes et Euratechnologies sur Lille. Cette m\u00e9thode novatrice r\u00e9sout un probl\u00e8me inverse mal conditionn\u00e9 en exploitant uniquement des GANs (<em>Generative Adversarial Networks<\/em>). La m\u00e9thode propos\u00e9e ne n\u00e9cessite pas d&rsquo;entra\u00eenement explicite ou de cartes de r\u00e9f\u00e9rence compl\u00e8tes. N\u00e9anmoins, en int\u00e9grant les donn\u00e9es locales issues des capteurs comme <strong><em>Local Image Prior<\/em><\/strong><strong> (LIP)<\/strong> et en s&rsquo;appuyant sur des r\u00e9seaux convolutifs g\u00e9n\u00e9ratifs profonds, cette approche nomm\u00e9e GLIP (<em>Generative Local Image Prior<\/em>) surmonte les limitations des m\u00e9thodes traditionnelles et permet d&rsquo;obtenir des estimations pr\u00e9cises, m\u00eame avec des donn\u00e9es limit\u00e9es.<\/p>\n<p>Remarquablement, la m\u00e9thode d\u00e9montre son efficacit\u00e9 de pr\u00e9dire avec pr\u00e9cision les cartes avec un minimum de donn\u00e9es d&rsquo;entr\u00e9e, englobant moins de 1 % de la zone de 1 km\u00b2 de la carte de r\u00e9f\u00e9rence. Cela signifie que le champ n&rsquo;est pas trop complexe \u00e0 pr\u00e9dire et que la m\u00e9thode permet de r\u00e9duire consid\u00e9rablement l&rsquo;\u00e9chantillonnage de cette zone. En effet, une mesure simultan\u00e9e sur toute la zone d&rsquo;int\u00e9r\u00eat est impossible. En outre, la simulation des cartes de r\u00e9f\u00e9rence n&rsquo;est plus n\u00e9cessaire ce qui permet un gain de temps et d&rsquo;expertise.
