attended by over 1,200 people in Fukuoka, Japan.<\/p>\n<p>The prize was awarded for her CIFRE IEMN-EasyGaN thesis entitled :<br \/>\n\u00ab\u00a0Sub-micron thick AlN\/GaN-on-Si HEMTs grown by MBE with
