Elle explore la synth\u00e8se en couche mince, l&rsquo;optimisation et l&rsquo;\u00e9valuation \u00e9lectrochimique de ces mat\u00e9riaux, soulignant leur potentiel en tant que micro-\u00e9lectrodes pseudocapacitives et leur r\u00f4le dans l&rsquo;am\u00e9lioration des performances des syst\u00e8mes de micro-stockage d&rsquo;\u00e9nergie \u00e9lectrochimique.<\/p>\n<h5>Abstract:<\/h5>\n<p>This thesis focuses on the development and characterization of vanadium nitride (VN) and molybdenum nitride (Mo2N) thin films for asymmetric micro-supercapacitors, aimed at meeting the growing need for miniaturization in modern technologies, particularly for the Internet of Things.
