garant<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h5>Summary:<\/h5>\n<p>Ce travail refl\u00e8te les r\u00e9sultats que j\u2019ai obtenus au cours de la derni\u00e8re d\u00e9cennie sur les propri\u00e9t\u00e9s optiques, magn\u00e9to-optiques et \u00e9lectroniques des nanoplaquettes collo\u00efdales (NPL) semiconductrice CdSe. En particulier, je d\u00e9crirai l\u2019origine des propri\u00e9t\u00e9s optiques des NPL de CdSe \u00e0 temp\u00e9rature cryog\u00e9nique. Une attention particuli\u00e8re sera accord\u00e9e \u00e0 la structure fine excitonique dans les NPL de CdSe et \u00e0 la nature des diff\u00e9rents pics dans les spectres de photoluminescence, ainsi qu\u2019au r\u00f4le jou\u00e9 par les spins de liaison pendantes de surface sur les propri\u00e9t\u00e9s de polarisation. Je montrerai ensuite que les propri\u00e9t\u00e9s structurelles remarquables des NPL constituent un terrain de jeu id\u00e9al pour \u00e9tudier en profondeur le concept de dimensionnalit\u00e9 \u00e9lectronique, i.e le degr\u00e9 de libert\u00e9 de mouvement des \u00e9lectrons, dans les nanostructures. Enfin, je pr\u00e9senterai mes perspectives de recherche sur les nanostructures collo\u00efdales, qui comprennent l\u2019\u00e9tude d\u2019h\u00e9t\u00e9rostructures planaires telles que CdSe\/CdS ou CdSe\/CdTe, ainsi que des mat\u00e9riaux collo\u00efdaux 2D de dichalcog\u00e9nure de m\u00e9tal de transition (TMDC) tels que WS2 et les h\u00e9t\u00e9rostructures associ\u00e9es.<\/p>\n<h5>Abstract:<\/h5>\n<p>This work reflects the results I have obtained over the last decade on the optical, magneto-optical and electronic properties of CdSe semiconducting colloidal nanoplatelets (NPLs). In particular, I will describe the origin of the optical properties of CdSe NPLs at cryogenic temperature. Particular attention will be paid to the excitonic fine structure in CdSe NPLs and the nature of the different peaks in the photoluminescence spectra, as well as the role played by surface dangling bond spins on the polarization properties. I will then show that the remarkable structural properties of NPLs provide an ideal playground for an in-depth study of the concept of electronic dimensionality, i.e. the degree of freedom of electron motion, in nanostructures.
