{"id":58080,"date":"2023-06-20T11:46:50","date_gmt":"2023-06-20T09:46:50","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.iemn.fr\/?p=58080"},"modified":"2023-06-20T12:00:00","modified_gmt":"2023-06-20T10:00:00","slug":"vous-ne-ferez-bientot-plus-la-sourde-oreille","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.iemn.fr\/en\/newsletter\/vous-ne-ferez-bientot-plus-la-sourde-oreille.html","title":{"rendered":"Vous ne ferez bient\u00f4t plus la sourde oreille !!"},"content":{"rendered":"<style type=\"text\/css\" data-created_by=\"avia_inline_auto\" id=\"style-css-av-qss1gg-cd46e20d3c7d04d31dc7b59765c30a58\">\n.flex_column.av-qss1gg-cd46e20d3c7d04d31dc7b59765c30a58{\nborder-radius:0px 0px 0px 0px;\npadding:0px 0px 0px 0px;\n}\n<\/style>\n<div  class='flex_column av-qss1gg-cd46e20d3c7d04d31dc7b59765c30a58 av_one_full  avia-builder-el-0  avia-builder-el-no-sibling  first flex_column_div av-zero-column-padding'     ><section  class='av_textblock_section av-lj43koar-93aa4ee2cbc4a5e52643234da11424b8'   itemscope=\"itemscope\" itemtype=\"https:\/\/schema.org\/BlogPosting\" itemprop=\"blogPost\" ><div class='avia_textblock'  itemprop=\"text\" ><h2 style=\"text-align: center;\"><span style=\"color: #cc7802;\">Vers un implant cochl\u00e9aire robotis\u00e9<\/span><\/h2>\n<\/div><\/section><br \/>\n<section  class='av_textblock_section av-lj43nff8-186c451d8ab71632488f7dac371a307b'   itemscope=\"itemscope\" itemtype=\"https:\/\/schema.org\/BlogPosting\" itemprop=\"blogPost\" ><div class='avia_textblock'  itemprop=\"text\" ><p><strong>En raison de leur capacit\u00e9 \u00e0 utiliser les ions qui se trouvent dans les fluides corporels [1] pour fonctionner, les actionneurs\/capteurs \u00e0 base de polym\u00e8res conducteurs ont un r\u00f4le majeur \u00e0 jouer dans le domaine m\u00e9dical.<\/strong> En termes de performances, on obtient lors d\u2019actionnements \u00e0 des tensions \u00e9lectriques inf\u00e9rieures \u00e0 2,5V des d\u00e9formations de quelques % du mat\u00e9riau conduisant \u00e0 des enroulements de micro poutres (20mmx0.5mmx0.03mm) comme illustr\u00e9 sur la figure 1.a. tandis que les forces g\u00e9n\u00e9r\u00e9es sont l\u00e9g\u00e8rement inf\u00e9rieures au mN. <strong>Afin d\u2019exploiter pleinement le potentiel de ces polym\u00e8res conducteurs, l\u2019IEMN a d\u00e9velopp\u00e9 toute une technologie d\u2019int\u00e9gration de ces mat\u00e9riaux dans des structures souples pour r\u00e9aliser des microsyst\u00e8mes \u00e9lectrom\u00e9caniques souples.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Cette technologie est mise actuellement en \u0153uvre pour robotiser un implant cochl\u00e9aire dans le projet ROBOCOP [2].<\/strong> Il s\u2019agit ici de r\u00e9pondre \u00e0 un besoin du chirurgien qui n\u2019a aucune perception de ce qui se passe dans la cochl\u00e9e pendant qu\u2019il proc\u00e8de \u00e0 l\u2019insertion manuelle, or une insertion rat\u00e9e ou incompl\u00e8te peut entra\u00eener de mauvaises performances auditives post-op\u00e9ratoires. <strong>L\u2019objectif est donc de faciliter l\u2019insertion de l\u2019implant en limitant au maximum le frottement de ce dernier contre la paroi externe de la cochl\u00e9e qui se pr\u00e9sente comme un tube spiral\u00e9 (Fig 1.c).<\/strong> Plusieurs options sont envisag\u00e9es\u00a0: la premi\u00e8re est de r\u00e9guler la tension de l\u2019actionnement pour que lors de sa progression, l\u2019implant ne touche quasiment pas les parois de la cochl\u00e9e, la seconde est d\u2019utiliser le mode capteur du polym\u00e8re conducteur afin de d\u00e9tecter un frottement excessif puis ensuite d\u2019employer la propri\u00e9t\u00e9 d\u2019actionnement pour rabattre l\u2019implant vers l\u2019axe central de la cochl\u00e9e. Les \u00e9lectrodes de stimulation traditionnelles, trop rigides, ne pouvant \u00eatre utilis\u00e9es en l\u2019\u00e9tat, l\u2019IEMN a r\u00e9alis\u00e9 des \u00e9lectrodes de stimulation souples innovantes (Fig 1.b) compatibles avec les forces produites par les actionneurs \u00e0 base de polym\u00e8res conducteurs.
