La nage est obtenue majoritairement \u00e0 l\u2019aide des appendices de la face inf\u00e9rieure du corps.<\/p><\/div>\n<h5><strong><span style=\"color: #3f5db5;\">L\u2019aquaculture concerne la culture d\u2019organismes aquatiques comme les poissons, les crustac\u00e9s, les mollusques ou les plantes aquatiques. Elle repr\u00e9sente une solution alternative \u00e0 la surp\u00eache et \u00e0 la disparition de certains organismes aquatiques recherch\u00e9s en raison des besoins croissants en produits de la mer.<\/span><\/strong><\/h5>\n<p>En 2018, la production mondiale issue de l\u2019aquaculture (source\u00a0: FAO) a atteint 82,1 millions de tonnes d\u2019animaux aquatiques, 32,4 millions de tonnes d\u2019algues aquatiques et 26 000 tonnes de perles et de coquillages d\u2019ornement, ce qui porte le total \u00e0 un niveau historique de 114,5 millions de tonnes.<\/p>\n<p>Malgr\u00e9 la progression mondiale dans le domaine de l\u2019aquaculture marine, ce dernier secteur poss\u00e8de une grande marge de progression (en termes de \u00a0croissance \u00e9conomique) mais souffre parfois d\u2019une mauvaise image li\u00e9e aux impacts n\u00e9gatifs de l\u2019aquaculture sur l\u2019environnement selon l\u2019ancien mode de production.<\/p>\n<p>Cette augmentation n\u00e9cessite une ma\u00eetrise des productions des esp\u00e8ces marines classiques et \u00e9mergentes \u00e0 toutesles \u00e9tapes de l\u2019\u00e9levage et en particulier la phase initiale critique : la phase larvaire. Ces crustac\u00e9s constituent la r\u00e9ponse alimentaire la plus naturelle et pertinente pour les\u00a0protocoles d\u2019\u00e9levage larvaire de par leur int\u00e9r\u00eat nutritionnel. Les cop\u00e9podes restent\u00a0cependant, encore, d\u00e9licats et co\u00fbteux \u00e0 produire en quantit\u00e9 suffisante pour r\u00e9pondre aux\u00a0besoins des \u00e9closeries.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><strong><span style=\"color: #3f5db5;\">\n<style type=\"text\/css\" data-created_by=\"avia_inline_auto\" id=\"style-css-av-wzsvks-111a7f29062720cf0d519987b0945aca\">\n.av_font_icon.av-wzsvks-111a7f29062720cf0d519987b0945aca{\ncolor:#3f5db5;\nborder-color:#3f5db5;\n}\n.av_font_icon.av-wzsvks-111a7f29062720cf0d519987b0945aca .av-icon-char{\nfont-size:30px;\nline-height:30px;\n}\n<\/style>\n<span  class='av_font_icon av-wzsvks-111a7f29062720cf0d519987b0945aca avia_animate_when_visible av-icon-style- avia-icon-pos-left avia-icon-animate'><span class='av-icon-char' aria-hidden='true' data-av_icon='\ue881' data-av_iconfont='entypo-fontello' ><\/span><\/span>En r\u00e9ponse \u00e0 ces enjeux, l\u2019\u00e9quipe \u00ab NanoBioInterfaces \u00bb de l\u2019Institut d\u2019\u00e9lectronique, de micro\u00e9lectronique et de nanotechnologie, IEMN) et le laboratoire d\u2019oc\u00e9anologie et g\u00e9osciences (LOG)\u00a0ont d\u00e9velopp\u00e9 une strat\u00e9gie m\u00ealant solution naturelle et nanotechnologie.** Cette nouvelle technologie est bas\u00e9e sur la nano-formulation de compos\u00e9s naturels permettant d\u2019am\u00e9liorer significativement la productivit\u00e9 et la qualit\u00e9 des proies vivantes comme les art\u00e9mias, rotif\u00e8res mais surtout les cop\u00e9podes.
