Since 1963, this Grand Prix from the Soci\u00e9t\u00e9 de l'Electricit\u00e9, de l'Electronique et des Technologies de l'Information et de la Communication (SEE) and the Union Nationale des Associations des Transmissions (UNATRANS) has been awarded annually to recognize an engineer or scientist whose work has made a significant contribution to the progress of Information and Communication Systems, including in their energy aspects.
