Le drainage, l\u2019\u00e9vaporation, la dissolution de l\u2019air dans le liquide ou le contact entre les films minces et des impuret\u00e9s pr\u00e9sentes dans les fluides environnants sont autant de facteurs qui entra\u00eenent rapidement leur ouverture. Dans cette th\u00e8se, nous avons montr\u00e9 que les bulles pouvaient \u00eatre stabilis\u00e9es en saturant l\u2019interface avec des particules microm\u00e9triques et en utilisant un m\u00e9lange eau\/glyc\u00e9rol. Ces particules, en formant des ponts capillaires, suppriment le drainage tandis que le glyc\u00e9rol permet de compenser l\u2019\u00e9vaporation du film liquide. Les bulles \u00ab en armure \u00bb ainsi con\u00e7ues pr\u00e9sentent des temps de vie allant jusqu\u2019\u00e0 15 mois. En immergeant une goutte couverte de particules microm\u00e9triques on peut \u00e9galement stabiliser des antibulles pendant plus de 80 jours. Leur vieillissement et les m\u00e9canismes d\u2019ouverture (permettant par exemple de lib\u00e9rer le liquide et de faire remonter l\u2019armure \u00e0 la surface) peuvent \u00eatre ma\u00eetris\u00e9s en ajustant la proportion de glyc\u00e9rol et le volume du film d\u2019air qui entoure l\u2019antibulle. Le vieillissement de ces deux objets a \u00e9t\u00e9 rationalis\u00e9 en mod\u00e9lisant les flux d\u2019\u00e9vaporation et d\u2019absorption d\u2019eau. Ces nouveaux objets offrent des perspectives pour la fabrication respectivement de capteurs d\u2019humidit\u00e9 et de microtransporteurs de liquides. On propose finalement le calcul de la pression de radiation auto-induite par une bulle qui oscille radialement. Cette force s\u2019oppose au d\u00e9placement de la bulle quand elle est en translation \u00e0 petit nombre de Mach.<\/p>\n<h5>Abstract:<\/h5>\n<p>Soap bubbles and anti-bubbles are fragile and ephemeral objects. Drainage, evaporation, dissolution of air in the liquid or contact between thin films and impurities in the surrounding fluids are all factors that rapidly lead to their opening. In this thesis, we have shown that bubbles can be stabilized by saturating the interface with micrometric particles and using a water\/glycerol mixture. These particles, by forming capillary bridges, suppress drainage while glycerol allows to compensate the evaporation of the liquid film. The bubbles \"in armor\" thus designed have lifetimes of up to 15 months. By immersing a drop covered with micrometric particles, antibubbles can also be stabilized for more than 80 days. Their aging and opening mechanisms (e.g. to release the liquid and bring the armor to the surface) can be controlled by adjusting the proportion of glycerol and the volume of the air film surrounding the antibubble. The aging of these two objects has been rationalized by modeling the evaporation and water absorption flows. These new objects offer perspectives for the fabrication of humidity sensors and liquid microtransporters respectively. Finally, we propose the calculation of the radiation pressure self-induced by a radially oscillating bubble.
