La production agricole intensive est in\u00e9vitable, en particulier dans le domaine de l&rsquo;\u00e9levage. De plus en plus d&rsquo;animaux doivent \u00eatre confin\u00e9s dans un petit espace, et les farmiers doivent s&rsquo;occuper d&rsquo;un plus grand nombre d&rsquo;animaux. Dans ce context, le bien-\u00eatre des animaux ne peut pas \u00eatre bien assur\u00e9, ce qui peut causer divers probl\u00e8mes au niveau de l&rsquo;environnement, de la qualit\u00e9 et de la s\u00e9curit\u00e9 des aliments, et de la morale sociale. Le d\u00e9veloppement de l&rsquo;\u00e9levage de pr\u00e9cision rend possible le bien-\u00eatre des animaux. Dans l&rsquo;\u00e9levage de vaches, l&rsquo;ins\u00e9mination artificielle peut offrir de nombreux avantages potentiels en termes de bien-\u00eatre pour les vaches, notamment la pr\u00e9vention de la propagation des maladies, la pr\u00e9vention des blessures des taureaux pendant l&rsquo;accouplement et la s\u00e9lection du sexe pour \u00e9viter de r\u00e9former les veaux m\u00e2les ind\u00e9sirables. Dans cette th\u00e8se, nous avons d\u00e9velopp\u00e9 des outils intelligents par vision artificielle pour r\u00e9pondre \u00e0 deux d\u00e9fis principaux de l&rsquo;ins\u00e9mination artificielle : la d\u00e9tection incertaine des chaleurs et l&rsquo;indisponibilit\u00e9 des v\u00e9t\u00e9rinaires d&rsquo;une mani\u00e8re respectueuse des animaux. Nous avons propos\u00e9 la contribution suivante: 1. Nous avons d&rsquo;abord propos\u00e9 un syst\u00e8me bas\u00e9 sur l&rsquo;apprentissage profond pour la classification de l&rsquo;\u00e9tat des chaleurs des vaches. Dans ce travail, une approche originale bas\u00e9e sur la vision artificielle pour la classification de l&rsquo;\u00e9tat de chaleur des vaches s&rsquo;appuyant sur l&rsquo;analyse de l&rsquo;appareil g\u00e9nital de la vache \u00e0 partir d&rsquo;images endoscopiques. Il permet aux v\u00e9t\u00e9rinaires et surtout aux fermiers de d\u00e9tecter les phases de chaleur chez les vaches pour une ins\u00e9mination optimale tout en respectant le bien \u00eatre de l\u2019animal. 2. Pour rem\u00e9dier \u00e0 l&rsquo;indisponibilit\u00e9 des v\u00e9t\u00e9rinaires, nous proposons \u00e9galement un syst\u00e8me d&rsquo;aide \u00e0 l&rsquo;ins\u00e9mination artificielle, qui permet de pr\u00e9dire un jeu de coordonn\u00e9es de la case de d\u00e9limitation pour la localisation du col de l&rsquo;ut\u00e9rus. \u00c0 cette fin, un mod\u00e8le de d\u00e9tection bas\u00e9 sur un transformateur appel\u00e9 Transformer-Darknet19 est sp\u00e9cifiquement con\u00e7u pour localiser le col de l&rsquo;ut\u00e9rus, ce qui a r\u00e9solu le probl\u00e8me que les d\u00e9tecteurs de courant primaire doivent d\u00e9tecter au moins un objet. De plus, nous avons propos\u00e9 un nouveau cadre de d\u00e9tection de l&rsquo;\u00e9tat de la chaleur qui est pilot\u00e9 par la localisation du col de l&rsquo;ut\u00e9rus.<\/p>\n<h5>Abstract:<\/h5>\n<p>Nowadays, the problem of world population and food has not been completely solved. Intensive agricultural production is unavoidable, especially in the field of animal husbandry. More and more animals have to be confined in a small space, and farmers have to take care of a larger number of animals. In this context, the welfare of the animals cannot be well ensured, which can cause various problems in terms of environment, food quality and safety, and social ethics. The development of precision breeding makes animal welfare possible. In cow breeding, artificial insemination can provide many potential welfare benefits for cows, including prevention of disease spread, prevention of bull injury during mating, and sex selection to avoid culling unwanted male calves. In this thesis, we developed intelligent computer vision tools to address two main challenges in artificial insemination: uncertain heat detection and unavailability of veterinarians in an animal-friendly manner. We proposed the following contribution: 1. We first proposed a deep learning based system for the classification of the heat status of cows. In this work, an original approach based on computer vision for the classification of the heat status of cows based on the analysis of the genitalia of the cow from endoscopic images. It allows veterinarians and especially farmers to detect heat phases in cows for optimal insemination while respecting the animal&rsquo;s well-being. 2. To address the unavailability of veterinarians, we also propose an artificial insemination support system that predicts a set of bounding box coordinates for cervical location. For this purpose, a transformer-based detection model called Transformer-Darknet19 is specifically designed to locate the cervix, which solved the problem that primary current detectors must detect at least one object.
