Parmi ces applications, citons la cr\u00e9ation d\u2019arbres g\u00e9n\u00e9alogiques, l\u2019organisation d\u2019albums de famille, l\u2019annotation d\u2019images, la recherche d\u2019enfants disparus et la criminalistique. Dans cette th\u00e8se, la v\u00e9rification de la parent\u00e9 faciale sur les images faciales est \u00e9tudi\u00e9e. \u00c0 cette fin, nous commen\u00e7ons avec les m\u00e9thodes de v\u00e9rification de parent\u00e9 bas\u00e9es sur les fonctionnalit\u00e9s, les m\u00e9thodes de v\u00e9rification de parent\u00e9 bas\u00e9es sur l\u2019apprentissage m\u00e9trique et les m\u00e9thodes de v\u00e9rification de parent\u00e9 bas\u00e9es sur l\u2019apprentissage profond par convolution. Notre syst\u00e8me propos\u00e9 comprend trois phases principales \u00e0 savoir : 1) extractions de caract\u00e9ristiques, 2) proposition d\u2019un nouvel espace de transformation, 3) d\u00e9cision de v\u00e9rification de la parent\u00e9. Notre syst\u00e8me est valid\u00e9 sur diff\u00e9rentes bases de donn\u00e9es. Les r\u00e9sultats obtenus montrent une grande am\u00e9lioration, en termes de robustesse et de pr\u00e9cision, pour la v\u00e9rification de la parent\u00e9 faciale sur les bases de donn\u00e9es grandes et petites et notre syst\u00e8me est aussi bien adapt\u00e9 aux applications en temps r\u00e9el.<\/p>\n<h5>Abstract:<\/h5>\n<p>The field of kinship verification has attracted a lot of attention in recent years due to its ability to enhance biometric systems as a flexible biometric for facial verification (kinship traits). Some of these applications include creating family trees, organizing family albums, annotating images, finding missing children, and forensics. In this thesis, facial kinship verification on facial images is studied. To this end, we start with feature-based kinship verification methods, metric learning-based kinship verification methods, and deep convolution learning-based kinship verification methods. Our proposed system consists of three main phases namely: 1) feature extraction, 2) proposal of a new transformation space, 3) kinship verification decision. Our system is validated on different databases.
