sont des oxydes mol\u00e9culaires nanom\u00e9triques aux propri\u00e9t\u00e9s redox remarquables qui peuvent \u00eatre explor\u00e9es dans le cadre de composants avanc\u00e9s. Nous proposons de d\u00e9velopper des fonctionnalit\u00e9s \u00e9volutives dans des nanomat\u00e9riaux 2D \u00e0 base de POMs (2D POM Network, 2D-PN) \u00ab\u00a0programmables\/switchables\u00a0\u00bb \u00e0 la demande gr\u00e2ce aux propri\u00e9t\u00e9s multifonctionnelles de ces mol\u00e9cules (par exemple, \u00e9tats redox multiples). Le premier objectif est de pr\u00e9parer une monocouche compacte et dense de POMs sur un substrat m\u00e9tallique afin d\u2019\u00e9valuer leurs propri\u00e9t\u00e9s de transport d\u2019\u00e9lectrons (ET). Ici, nous rapportons les propri\u00e9t\u00e9s de transport d\u2019\u00e9lectrons de deux POMs dans leurs diff\u00e9rents \u00e9tats redox en utilisant des monocouches auto-assembl\u00e9es (SAM) et le C-AFM. Pour les deux mol\u00e9cules, nous avons clairement observ\u00e9 une augmentation d\u2019un facteur 10 de la conductance pour les \u00e9tats r\u00e9duits qui est li\u00e9e \u00e0 une diminution d\u2019environ 0.3eV de l\u2019\u00e9nergie de l\u2019orbitale mol\u00e9culaire impliqu\u00e9e dans le transport \u00e0 travers le m\u00e9tal\/POM\/m\u00e9tal. Ensuite, nous avons fabriqu\u00e9 un 2D-PN hybride multi-connect\u00e9 (6 \u00e9lectrodes) avec deux POMs et des nanoparticules d\u2019or et nous avons mesur\u00e9 leur ET r\u00e9v\u00e9lant une grande variabilit\u00e9 dans le 2D-PN. Des mesures de bruit \u00e0 basse fr\u00e9quence et de g\u00e9n\u00e9ration de hautes harmoniques sont utilis\u00e9es pour discuter de l\u2019utilisation possible de ces 2D-PN dans le cadre global de l\u2019impl\u00e9mentation physique d\u2019un syst\u00e8me de calcul \u00e0 r\u00e9servoir neuromorphique avec des nano-objets (nanotubes de carbone nanoparticules, mol\u00e9cules, commutateurs atomiques). Nous synth\u00e9tisons \u00e9galement des nanofils de W18O49 (environ quelques \u03bcm de long et quelques dizaines de nanom\u00e8tres de diam\u00e8tre) et nous mesurons leur conductivit\u00e9 avec un STM UHV 4 probes. Nous d\u00e9montrons une conductivit\u00e9 tr\u00e8s \u00e9lev\u00e9e allant jusqu\u2019\u00e0 103S\/cm le long du nanofil, qui surpasse les donn\u00e9es de la litt\u00e9rature et une grande anisotropie de conductivit\u00e9.<\/p>\n<h5>Abstract:<\/h5>\n<p>Polyoxometallates (POMs) are nanoscale molecular oxides with remarkable redox properties that can be explored in advanced components. We propose to develop scalable functionalities in 2D POM-based nanomaterials (2D POM Network, 2D-PN) that can be \u00ab\u00a0programmed\/switched\u00a0\u00bb on demand thanks to the multifunctional properties of these molecules (e.g. multiple redox states). The first objective is to prepare a compact and dense monolayer of POMs on a metal substrate in order to evaluate their electron transport (ET) properties. Here, we report the electron transport properties of two POMs in their different redox states using self-assembled monolayers (SAM) and C-AFM. For both molecules, we clearly observed a 10-fold increase in conductance for the reduced states which is related to a decrease of about 0.3eV in the energy of the molecular orbital involved in the transport through the metal\/POM\/metal. Next, we fabricated a multi-connected hybrid 2D-PN (6 electrodes) with two POMs and gold nanoparticles and measured their ET revealing a large variability in the 2D-PN. Low frequency noise and high harmonic generation measurements are used to discuss the possible use of these 2D-PNs in the overall framework of the physical implementation of a neuromorphic reservoir computing system with nano-objects (carbon nanotubes nanoparticles, molecules, atomic switches). We also synthesize W18O49 nanowires (about a few \u03bcm long and a few tens of nanometers in diameter) and measure their conductivity with a 4-probe UHV STM.
