It aims to encourage PhD students to test the applicative potential of their projects. The competition is aimed at young researchers between the 2nd year of their thesis and the 3rd year after defending their thesis with an innovative technological project attached to a research laboratory supported by a technology transfer structure.<\/strong><\/p>\n<blockquote>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/www.iemn.fr\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/09\/maxime_hallot.jpg\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"size-medium wp-image-54662 alignleft\" src=\"https:\/\/www.iemn.fr\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/09\/maxime_hallot-271x300.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"271\" height=\"300\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.iemn.fr\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/09\/maxime_hallot-271x300.jpg 271w, https:\/\/www.iemn.fr\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/09\/maxime_hallot-11x12.jpg 11w, https:\/\/www.iemn.fr\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/09\/maxime_hallot.jpg 597w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 271px) 100vw, 271px\" \/><\/a><strong>Maxime Hallot<\/strong>,\u00a0who defended his thesis directed by Christophe Lethien on November 15, 2019, presented the future startup HILEORES. The aim of this startup will be to design, develop and manufacture components for the electrochemical micro-storage of energy for the Internet of Things, which is currently in full expansion. These components (Li-ion micro-batteries, micro-supercapacitors, micro-capacitors) have the particularity of being assembled on a patented microstructured 3D substrate. This 3D architecture gives these micro-devices tenfold performances (energy density, capacity, etc.) compared to planar micro-devices (x70 to x700).
