Elle d\u00e9crit ensuite les objectifs des recherches en cours sur l\u2019\u00e9tude \u00e0 la nano\u00e9chelle des transitions de Mott hors \u00e9quilibre et sur le d\u00e9veloppement de dispositifs neuromorphiques compacts.<\/p>\n<h5>Abstract:<\/h5>\n<p>This HDR presents a selection of results obtained between 2009 and 2021 in the fields of out of equilibrium superconductivity, electric field driven Mott transitions and the electronic properties of two-dimensional materials.
