This situation should continue to grow with the introduction of apprenticeships. In order to maintain this momentum, the person recruited will be required to teach solid mechanics and\/or fluid mechanics and\/or energetics at bachelor's and master's level. He or she will be able to use his or her research activities to propose relevant Masters courses. The person recruited is expected to do most of his\/her teaching in French.<\/p>\n<hr \/>\n<p><strong>Need for support :<\/strong><br \/>\nThe person recruited is expected to become progressively involved in student projects, work placement supervision and relations with companies. In time, they may also become involved in leading teaching teams and in the management of undergraduate, masters and departmental courses.<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n<tr>\n<td class=\"intertitre1\"><strong>Search<\/strong><\/td>\n<td class=\"texte_courant\"><strong>Research theme :<\/strong><br \/>\nDepending on assignment to one of the two research units: IEMN or LMFL.<\/p>\n<hr \/>\n<p><strong style=\"font-family: inherit;\">IEMN research unit :<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>The IEMN brings together skills in a wide range of fields, from materials to micro-, nano- and opto-electronics, as well as acoustics and microfluidics, with a view to designing innovative micro- and nanosystems to meet major societal challenges, particularly in the ICST, health and transport sectors. The presence of a team with strong expertise in the field of microfluidics and acoustofluidics in a laboratory with exceptional experimental resources (particularly the technology and characterisation centres) has enabled the development of innovative research into selective acoustic microchips, interface instabilities, particularly in the presence of microparticles, and the development of a surface acoustic wave droplet displacement technology and micropumps. These projects have led to significant advances in both science and applications, notably through the filing of numerous patents and the creation of a start-up company.<br \/>\nThe person recruited will propose a scientific project in line with the IEMN's objectives and the scientific orientations of the \"Micro and Nanosystems, Microfluidics and Biosystems\" and\/or \"Acoustics\" departments. The laboratory is looking to recruit a person with research interests in microfluidics and\/or ultrasound acoustics and\/or elastocapillarity. It is expected that the person recruited will be involved in the experimental and\/or numerical and\/or modelling activities carried out by the AIMAN-FILMS Group in these fields in order to strengthen them. The highly international context of the host laboratory requires a taste for teamwork.<\/p>\n<hr \/>\n<p><strong>LMFL research unit :<\/strong><br \/>\nThe LMFL is organised into three main research themes: (i) turbulence (ii) rotating flows (iii) flight dynamics in unsteady and inhomogeneous environments, supplemented by three cross-cutting themes on measurement, control and data analysis. The main research topics are single-phase or two-phase turbulent flows, flow control and turbomachinery. This research is applicable to a wide range of sectors, including aeronautical and ground transport, energy, the environment and process engineering.<br \/>\nThe person recruited will propose a scientific project in line with the scientific orientations of the LMFL.
