THE IEEE, <strong>one of the world's largest trade associations<\/strong>with more than 400,000 members, including 130,000 student members, enables us to organise <strong>conferences<\/strong> <strong>and<\/strong> financial <strong>workshops with international guests presenting their work in Lille<\/strong>.<br \/>\nWith 30 members, the Lille student branch has been continuing its work over the last few months to bring the Lille scientific community to life. With the help of the IEMN, we will be able to <strong>broaden the range of subjects<\/strong> already covered by the branch (Circuit And Systems and Solid State Circuits).<br \/>\nOur objectives <strong>by June 2022<\/strong> are <strong>create a group with more than 60 members<\/strong> so that we can organise one conference a month and pave the way for a multi-day conference at the end of 2022. <strong>For doctoral students<\/strong>Active participation in the industry gives you a competitive edge. <strong>privileged contact with researchers in their field<\/strong> and also<strong>add an interesting line to your CV<\/strong> in addition to<strong>a<\/strong> <strong>a wider professional network<\/strong> !<\/p>\n<blockquote>\n<p>Current <strong>December<\/strong>our <strong>One Degree Higher podcast<\/strong>which talks about PhDs and careers with Lille researchers, as well as the guests we receive for conferences.
