Ce capteur de gaz est fabriqu\u00e9 sur un guide d\u2019onde THz \u00e0 faible perte en silicium \u00e0 haute r\u00e9sistivit\u00e9 (HR-Si). La conception, l\u2019analyse modale et les pertes de propagation du guide d\u2019onde Si suspendu sont discut\u00e9es en d\u00e9tail. Des pertes tr\u00e8s comp\u00e9titives ne d\u00e9passant pas 0,6 dB\/cm dans cette bande ont \u00e9t\u00e9 mesur\u00e9es. Trois r\u00e9sonateurs diff\u00e9rents : photonique, acoustique et m\u00e9canique sont \u00e0 l\u2019origine de la conception des capteurs de gaz. Ils permettent d\u2019amplifier le signal photoacoustique d\u00e9tect\u00e9 et de r\u00e9duire la limite de d\u00e9tection minimale du capteur de gaz. Des cavit\u00e9s cristaux photoniques (PhC) repr\u00e9sentant le r\u00e9sonateur photonique THz sont cr\u00e9\u00e9es au-dessus du guide d\u2019onde Si. L\u2019optimisation du design et les caract\u00e9risations exp\u00e9rimentales de plusieurs cavit\u00e9s PhC THz sont pr\u00e9sent\u00e9es dans ce travail. Cela a conduit \u00e0 une cavit\u00e9 PhC \u00e0 640 GHz avec un facteur Q record de 18000. Un trou central de la cavit\u00e9 PhC se comporte comme un r\u00e9sonateur acoustique. Il est recouvert d\u2019une membrane de silicium polycristallin (Poly-Si) sous contrainte qui correspond au r\u00e9sonateur m\u00e9canique. Une analyse analytique et des mesures de caract\u00e9risation exp\u00e9rimentales sont effectu\u00e9es pour \u00e9tudier ces r\u00e9sonateurs acoustom\u00e9caniques. La combinaison des r\u00e9alisations ci-dessus nous a permis de d\u00e9montrer la premi\u00e8re d\u00e9tection photoacoustique THz de faibles concentrations (200 ppm) de mol\u00e9cules H2S sur une plateforme int\u00e9grable.
