Les opacit\u00e9s vitr\u00e9ennes d\u00e9gradent la fonction de sensibilit\u00e9 aux contrastes et peuvent entra\u00eener une d\u00e9gradation significative de la qualit\u00e9 de vie li\u00e9e \u00e0 la vision, ce qui repr\u00e9sente un besoin m\u00e9dical non satisfait et sous-estim\u00e9. Une approche th\u00e9rapeutique pourrait consister \u00e0 utiliser des nanostructures polyvalentes sensibles \u00e0 la lumi\u00e8re qui (i) interf\u00e8rent avec la formation des fibres de collag\u00e8ne et\/ou (ii) d\u00e9truisent les agr\u00e9gats de collag\u00e8ne vitreux lors d\u2019une irradiation par laser puls\u00e9 \u00e0 faible fluence. Dans ce travail, le potentiel des points quantiques de carbone (CQDs) charg\u00e9s positivement et n\u00e9gativement pour interf\u00e9rer avec l\u2019agr\u00e9gation du collag\u00e8ne de type I est \u00e9tudi\u00e9.
