Ces actionneurs peuvent \u00e9galement g\u00e9n\u00e9rer un signal \u00e9lectrique en r\u00e9ponse \u00e0 une stimulation m\u00e9canique. Ils sont donc \u00e0 la fois actionneurs et capteurs. Ces mat\u00e9riaux actifs repr\u00e9sentent ainsi des candidats prometteurs pour le d\u00e9veloppement de syst\u00e8mes micro-\u00e9lectro-m\u00e9caniques (MEMS) souples. Cette th\u00e8se consiste \u00e0 d\u00e9velopper et caract\u00e9riser des micro-transducteurs \u00e0 base de PCE pour la r\u00e9alisation de microsyst\u00e8mes sur supports souples. Pour r\u00e9pondre aux besoins de certaines applications, telle que la micro-robotique pour la saisie d\u2019un objet par un micromanipulateur, des micro-actionneurs, avant int\u00e9gration, ont \u00e9t\u00e9 caract\u00e9ris\u00e9s en terme de d\u00e9formation et de force par l\u2019application d\u2019une tension continue. L\u2019\u00e9tude de la dynamique d\u2019actionnement fournit des r\u00e9sultats cruciaux pour am\u00e9liorer la compr\u00e9hension du mat\u00e9riau, et permettre de mod\u00e9liser son fonctionnement afin de r\u00e9aliser ensuite un contr\u00f4le des micro-transducteurs ad\u00e9quat pour l\u2019application vis\u00e9e. Les techniques de micro-fabrication, telles que la photolithographie et la gravure s\u00e8che, ont \u00e9t\u00e9 adapt\u00e9es afin de mettre en forme les actionneurs \u00e0 l\u2019\u00e9chelle submillim\u00e9trique pour l\u2019\u00e9laboration de d\u00e9monstrateurs sur support souple, incluant les contacts \u00e9lectriques. Le proc\u00e9d\u00e9 de micro-fabrication mis au point permet la mise en forme des micro-transducteurs dans des configurations complexes. Les deux d\u00e9monstrateurs \u00e9labor\u00e9s sont\u00a0: un micro-capteur multicanaux et un micromanipulateur incluant trois doigts et un poignet, afin de disposer dans le futur d\u2019un retour haptique. Les effets induits par chacune des \u00e9tapes du proc\u00e9d\u00e9 d\u2019int\u00e9gration sont observ\u00e9s. En effet, chaque \u00e9tape de micro-fabrication peut avoir un impact sur les mat\u00e9riaux pr\u00e9sents sur la plaquette de silicium.
