the \"Structuring Equipment for Research\" (EquipEx+) call for expressions of interest.<\/h4>\n<hr \/>\n<blockquote>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 16px;\">The NANOFUTUR project will be financed by the French government via the Agence Nationale de la Recherche (ANR) following the Call for Expressions of Interest (AMI) for Structuring Equipment for Research (ESR EquipEx+). The aim is to invest in key equipment proposed by the <\/span><a style=\"font-size: 16px;\" href=\"https:\/\/www.renatech.org\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">french nanotechnology community<\/a><span style=\"font-size: 16px;\">. Specific equipment has been identified to meet the challenges of nano-fabrication and nanotechnologies over the coming decade. For the IEMN, this concerns two areas in particular: TeraHertz (THz) technologies and miniaturised and connected sensors for the Internet of Things (IoT). Ces micro\/nano capteurs miniaturis\u00e9s (&lt;1 mm<sup>2<\/sup>) will incorporate a data processing chain and functional and energy autonomy through the use of miniaturised high-performance energy sources. One aim is to obtain miniature devices with integrable transducers, including inertial sensors, force and magnetic field sensors, microelectrode-based biological sensors and chemical sensors.
