Ces d\u00e9p\u00f4ts ont \u00e9t\u00e9 r\u00e9alis\u00e9s sur substrats de silicium planaires mais aussi sur des architectures tridimensionnelles complexes comme illustr\u00e9 sur la figure ci-dessous. Cette architecture particuli\u00e8re permet de d\u00e9ployer une surface d\u2019\u00e9change 50 \u00e0 80 fois plus grande entre les \u00e9lectrodes par rapport \u00e0 une micro-batterie planaire \u00e9quivalente.
