diff\u00e9rents groupes de l\u2019IEMN (NCM, NBI, BioMEMS, Carbon et NAM6) ainsi que le LilNCog center (anciennement JPARC) a permis de d\u00e9velopper un nouveau type de r\u00e9seau de micro\u00e9lectrode (MicroElectrodesArrays \u2013 MEA).<br \/>\nR\u00e9alis\u00e9es en PEDOT:PSS, elles sont totalement transparentes et permettent d\u2019avoir un syst\u00e8me de mesure \u00e9lectrophysiologique combin\u00e9 \u00e0 une lecture optique pour la caract\u00e9risation de r\u00e9seaux de neurones in vitro.<br \/>\nLes applications vis\u00e9es s\u2019\u00e9tendent \u00e0 l\u2019imagerie calcique, l\u2019immunomarquage et l\u2019optog\u00e9n\u00e9tique.<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n<p>Les r\u00e9seaux de micro\u00e9lectrodes (MEA) permettent d\u2019enregistrer l\u2019activit\u00e9 biologique in vitro de cellules neuronales, cardiaques ou encore des tranches de cerveau. Cependant, la plupart des syst\u00e8mes MEA disponibles dans le commerce int\u00e8grent des \u00e9lectrodes non transparentes. Depuis peu, le d\u00e9veloppement d\u2019outils de mesure int\u00e9gr\u00e9s combinant \u00e0 la fois l\u2019\u00e9lectro- et l\u2019optophysiologie suscite un grand int\u00e9r\u00eat dans le cadre d\u2019une meilleure compr\u00e9hension des ph\u00e9nom\u00e8nes physiologiques au sein de r\u00e9seaux neuronaux. Le d\u00e9veloppement de micro\u00e9lectrodes transparentes permet de r\u00e9aliser \u00e0 la fois des mesures \u00e9lectrophysiologiques et d\u2019imagerie optique de mani\u00e8re simultan\u00e9e. Certains dispositifs ont d\u00e9j\u00e0 \u00e9t\u00e9 d\u00e9velopp\u00e9s, voire commercialis\u00e9s. Ils utilisent alors des \u00e9lectrodes en ITO, en graph\u00e8ne mais toujours soit au d\u00e9triment des valeurs d\u2019imp\u00e9dance (trop \u00e9lev\u00e9es) ou de transparence (trop faibles). Un compromis \u00e9tant syst\u00e9matiquement n\u00e9cessaire.<\/p>\n<p>Dans cette \u00e9tude, nous avons d\u00e9velopp\u00e9 des MEA optiquement transparentes enti\u00e8rement r\u00e9alis\u00e9es en PEDOT:PSS. Elles pr\u00e9sentent de faibles valeurs d\u2019imp\u00e9dance \u00e9lectrique (33 M\u03a9 \u00b5m2), comparables aux valeurs d\u2019imp\u00e9dance des dispositifs MEA commercialement opaques (\u00e9lectrodes en TiN).
