la d\u00e9tection rapide du SARS-CoV-2 \u00a0:<br \/>\npreuve de concept biologique<\/h4>\n<p>Une gestion plus efficace des \u00e9pid\u00e9mies et pan-\u00e9pid\u00e9mies, comme celle \u00e0 laquelle le monde est actuellement confront\u00e9 avec l\u2019occurrence de COVID-19, n\u00e9cessite de disposer de dispositifs de diagnostic <strong>efficaces<\/strong> (valeur pr\u00e9dictive n\u00e9gative \u00e9lev\u00e9e), <strong>rapides<\/strong> (quelques minutes), <strong>portables<\/strong> (pour tester l\u2019ensemble de la population, y compris en ambulatoire), <strong>connect\u00e9s<\/strong> (pour disposer rapidement du diagnostic et activer les mesures de protection en cas de positivit\u00e9 en temps r\u00e9el) et <strong>peu co\u00fbteux<\/strong> (pour pouvoir l\u2019administrer \u00e0 toute la population).<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n<p>Actuellement, le diagnostic de r\u00e9f\u00e9rence est la recherche du virus par PCR sur les pr\u00e9l\u00e8vements naso-pharyng\u00e9s (performants en cas d\u2019infection pr\u00e9coce avec signes d\u2019atteinte naso-pharyng\u00e9e) et sur les pr\u00e9l\u00e8vements trach\u00e9aux (efficace en cas d\u2019infection \u00e0 un stade un peu plus tardif avec bronchopneumopathie mais plus invasive et donc r\u00e9serv\u00e9e aux cas s\u00e9v\u00e8res). Le diagnostic actuel de certitude repose sur la positivit\u00e9 de la PCR sur pr\u00e9l\u00e8vements naso-pharyng\u00e9s ou trach\u00e9aux \u00e9tant donn\u00e9 sa tr\u00e8s grande sp\u00e9cificit\u00e9 (&gt;90 %) et sa valeur pr\u00e9dictive positive. En revanche, la sensibilit\u00e9 (70%) et la valeur pr\u00e9dictive n\u00e9gative sont plus faibles. En outre, les d\u00e9lais n\u00e9cessaires \u00e0 l\u2019obtention des r\u00e9sultats de PCR sont longs (24h) et demandent la mobilisation de personnel et d\u2019\u00e9quipement, ce qui limite consid\u00e9rablement les mesures de prise en charge rapide n\u00e9cessaires en cas de pand\u00e9mie<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/www.iemn.fr\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/07\/CorDial.png\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"size-medium wp-image-42026 alignleft\" src=\"https:\/\/www.iemn.fr\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/07\/CorDial-300x215.png\" alt=\"\" width=\"300\" height=\"215\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.iemn.fr\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/07\/CorDial-300x215.png 300w, https:\/\/www.iemn.fr\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/07\/CorDial-768x550.png 768w, https:\/\/www.iemn.fr\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/07\/CorDial-260x185.png 260w, https:\/\/www.iemn.fr\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/07\/CorDial-705x504.png 705w, https:\/\/www.iemn.fr\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/07\/CorDial.png 872w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 300px) 100vw, 300px\" \/><\/a>Pour surmonter ces limitations, le projet CorDial a d\u00e9velopp\u00e9 un biocapteur \u00e9lectrochimique viral. Ce biocapteur, agissant comme un immunocapteur, permet de mieux g\u00e9rer l\u2019\u00e9pid\u00e9mie actuelle du COVID-19 en raison des trois caract\u00e9ristiques importantes. Il montre une efficacit\u00e9 \u00e9lev\u00e9e en termes de temps (2 min de d\u00e9tection) et de s\u00e9lectivit\u00e9 (&lt;99 %). Peu couteux (20 \u20ac\/ \u00e9lectrode) et portable, le biocapteur d\u00e9velopp\u00e9 dans le cadre de CorDial-1 est ainsi d\u2019une utilisation simple et efficace en milieu clinique. Il est actuellement en test clinique (ClinicalTrials.gov, n\u00b0 NCT04367142) au CHU de Lille.
