style=\"text-align: left;\">Le graph\u00e8ne est un mat\u00e9riau reconnu pour ses propri\u00e9t\u00e9s \u00e9lectroniques exceptionnelles.<br \/>\nCependant, si l\u2019on veut exploiter ces propri\u00e9t\u00e9s dans des composants r\u00e9els, il est indispensable de r\u00e9duire autant que possible toute interaction \u00e9lectronique avec l\u2019environnement. Le nitrure de bore hexagonal (hBN), un autre mat\u00e9riau 2D caract\u00e9ris\u00e9 par une bande interdite tr\u00e8s large (~6 eV), est tr\u00e8s prometteur dans ce but. Il peut \u00eatre utilis\u00e9 aussi bien pour isoler le graph\u00e8ne du substrat que comme mat\u00e9riau di\u00e9lectrique de grille. Le but de ce projet est d\u2019explorer la croissance directe d\u2019h\u00e9t\u00e9rostructures compl\u00e8tes hBN\/graph\u00e8ne\/hBN par des techniques coupl\u00e9es d\u2019\u00e9pitaxie par jets mol\u00e9culaires et de d\u00e9p\u00f4t chimique en phase vapeur (voir sch\u00e9ma 2a), en \u00e9vitant autant que possible toute \u00e9tape de transfert\/report d\u2019une partie de l\u2019h\u00e9t\u00e9rostructure (sch\u00e9ma 2b). N\u00e9anmoins, l\u2019absence de bande interdite demeure un obstacle \u00e0 l\u2019utilisation du graph\u00e8ne dans de nombreux dispositifs micro et opto\u00e9lectroniques et donc au d\u00e9veloppement d\u2019une \u00e9lectronique 2D. D\u2019autres mat\u00e9riaux 2D et parmi eux les dichalcog\u00e9nures de m\u00e9taux de transition (DMTs), avec une bande interdite de 1 \u00e0 2 eV, peuvent alors prendre le relais. Ces mat\u00e9riaux offrent des propri\u00e9t\u00e9s que l\u2019on ne rencontre pas dans les semi-conducteurs usuels\u00a0: absence de liaisons pendantes de surface, nature de la bande interdite variant avec l\u2019\u00e9paisseur, forte absorption optique, transport \u00e9lectronique d\u00e9pendant de la vall\u00e9e (valleytronics),\u2026C\u2019est dans cette perspective que pour d\u00e9velopper son activit\u00e9 sur les mat\u00e9riaux 2D, l\u2019IEMN s\u2019est dot\u00e9 d\u00e9but 2020 d\u2019un b\u00e2ti d\u2019\u00e9pitaxie par jets mol\u00e9culaires (EJM) d\u2019h\u00e9t\u00e9rostructures de DMTs. Ce syst\u00e8me Vinci Technologies est connect\u00e9 sous ultra-vide \u00e0 une chambre d\u2019analyse de surfaces et \u00e0 un b\u00e2ti d\u2019EJM de semi-conducteurs III-V. Il est \u00e9quip\u00e9 d\u2019une cellule craqueur \u00e0 vanne comme source de S\u00e9l\u00e9nium et d\u2019un canon \u00e0 \u00e9lectrons \u00e0 6 creusets et de cellules \u00e0 effusion de Knudsen pour l\u2019\u00e9vaporation des m\u00e9taux.
