class='avia_textblock'  itemprop=\"text\" ><blockquote>\n<p><strong>Une collaboration entre quatre partenaires scientifiques public \/priv\u00e9 permet la mise au point d\u2019une sonde de microscope \u00e0 force atomique (AFM) exploitant l\u2019interaction optom\u00e9canique pour un fonctionnement \u00e0 tr\u00e8s haute vitesse et \u00e0 tr\u00e8s haute r\u00e9solution.<\/strong><\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n<p>Le microscope \u00e0 force atomique, qui permet de r\u00e9aliser des images et des mesures \u00e0 l\u2019\u00e9chelle du nanom\u00e8tre, joue un r\u00f4le d\u00e9terminant dans le d\u00e9veloppement des nanotechnologies. Son fonctionnement repose sur l\u2019analyse de la vibration d\u2019une pointe tr\u00e8s fine se d\u00e9pla\u00e7ant \u00e0 la surface d\u2019un \u00e9chantillon.
