Ainsi, des d\u00e9bits de donn\u00e9es sup\u00e9rieurs \u00e0 ceux attendus actuellement (1 Gb\/s en moyenne) sont n\u00e9cessaires. Cependant, augmenter le d\u00e9bit pour l\u2019utilisateur implique d\u2019augmenter consid\u00e9rablement le d\u00e9bit dans les liens fronthaul\/backhaul (40 Gb\/s) sans fil connect\u00e9s au c\u0153ur de r\u00e9seau. En raison de ses larges bandes passantes, la bande de fr\u00e9quence 220-325 GHz, normalis\u00e9e par le standard IEEE 802.15.3d, est devenue sujet de recherche qui a abouti \u00e0 plusieurs d\u00e9monstrations en laboratoire, car il est possible d\u2019attendre un d\u00e9bit de 100 Gb\/s avec une modulation simple \u00e0 ces fr\u00e9quences. N\u00e9anmoins, pour une application de masse, les performances des dispositifs devraient \u00eatre am\u00e9lior\u00e9es et des solutions \u00e0 faible co\u00fbt doivent \u00eatre envisag\u00e9es. Dans le cadre de cette th\u00e8se, trois sujets li\u00e9s \u00e0 ce type de communication sans fil dans la bande de fr\u00e9quence 220-325 GHz, ont \u00e9t\u00e9 trait\u00e9s : la conception d\u2019un banc de mesure d\u2019antenne, la fabrication d\u2019antennes par impression 3D et la mise en place d\u2019une technologie de packaging pour l\u2019\u00e9lectronique THz utilisant le micro-usinage \u00e0 base d\u2019impulsions laser ultra-courtes.<\/p>\n<h5><strong>Abstract:<\/strong><\/h5>\n<p>The exponential increase in mobile data traffic makes networks denser, which reduces the quality of wireless links for users. Thus, data rates higher than those currently expected (1 Gb\/s) are required. However, increasing the throughput for users implies significantly increasing the throughput in the wireless fronthaul\/backhaul links (40 Gb\/s). Due to its wide bandwidth, the 220-325 GHz frequency band, standardized by the IEEE 802.15.3d standard, became a research topic that resulted in several laboratory demonstrations, as it is possible to expect 100 Gb\/s with simple modulation at these frequencies. Nevertheless, for a mass application, device performance should be improved and low cost solutions should be considered.
