lang=\"PT-BR\">By means of the acoustic radiation force, standing waves of ultrasound can form a 2D microarray to hold dispersed soft particles (for example, microvesicles and cells) in solution. I will explain the mechanisms behind this phenomenon using a potential energy theory. This approach might be helpful for \"one cell per well\" analysis. Besides being patterned, soft particles can be squeezed by acoustic radiation stresses.
