nouveau pour les semi-conducteurs poreux a \u00e9merg\u00e9 dans la communaut\u00e9 scientifique dans les ann\u00e9es 90, notamment gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 la d\u00e9couverte de la photoluminescence du Si poreux. Les proc\u00e9d\u00e9s \u00e9lectrochimiques sont devenus des m\u00e9thodes phares de nano-structuration de la plupart des semi-conducteurs (Si, GaAs, InP, etc\u2026) et ont permis la g\u00e9n\u00e9ration de r\u00e9seaux poreux auto-ordonn\u00e9s (Al<sub>2<\/sub>O<sub>3<\/sub>, TiO<sub>2<\/sub>etc.). Since then, they have been widely studied because they have opened up prospects for the manufacture of nano-objects with new properties, particularly electronic and optical. Subsequently, the potential applications of these porous anode structures have continued to grow and evolve.
