Bordeaux<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h5><span class=\"\">Abstract:<\/span><\/h5>\n<p>This manuscript provides an overview of the results of research conducted for over 10 years. It covers a selection of contributions to digital RF transmitters and baseband circuits for mmW receivers. Highlighting the main challenges of these topics leads to the description of concepts that are then demonstrated using integrated circuits and systems. The description of the various works is supported by a reproduction of publications in major journals and conferences of the field.<\/p>\n<p>Following the description of the scientific contributions, some research perspectives are developed around energy-efficient circuits for smart embedded devices. Since artificial intelligence and the Internet of Things are about to merge, it is necessary to integrate the process of analysis and decision as close as possible to the source of data, by developing efficient and low-power hardware components. The proposal is to study event-driven circuits for near sensor computing to enable ultra-low-power always-on wake-on-feature system.<\/p>\n<p>Finally, the manuscript also presents a more exhaustive vision of research, supervision, teaching and involvement in the academic and industrial context.<\/p>\n<h5><span class=\"\">Summary:<\/span><\/h5>\n<p>Ce manuscrit offre un aper\u00e7u des r\u00e9sultats des recherches men\u00e9es depuis plus de 10 ans. Il couvre une s\u00e9lection de contributions aux \u00e9metteurs RF num\u00e9riques et aux circuits en bande de base pour les r\u00e9cepteurs mmW. La mise en avant des principaux d\u00e9fis li\u00e9s \u00e0 ces sujets m\u00e8ne \u00e0 la description de concepts qui sont ensuite d\u00e9montr\u00e9s \u00e0 l\u2019aide de circuits et syst\u00e8mes int\u00e9gr\u00e9s. La description des diff\u00e9rents travaux est \u00e9tay\u00e9e par une reproduction de publications dans des revues et conf\u00e9rences majeures du domaine.<\/p>\n<p>Suivant la description des contributions scientifiques, certaines perspectives de recherche sont d\u00e9velopp\u00e9es autour de circuits \u00e9nerg\u00e9tiquement efficaces pour les syst\u00e8mes intelligents embarqu\u00e9s. L\u2019intelligence artificielle et l\u2019Internet des objets \u00e9tant sur le point de fusionner, il est n\u00e9cessaire d\u2019int\u00e9grer le processus d\u2019analyse et de d\u00e9cision le plus pr\u00e8s possible de la source des donn\u00e9es, en d\u00e9veloppant des composants efficaces et peu consommateurs d\u2019\u00e9nergie.
