progr\u00e8s des technologies silicium, il est d\u00e9sormais possible de concevoir des circuits complexes dans la bande de fr\u00e9quence millim\u00e9trique au-del\u00e0 de 110 GHz. La conception de ces syst\u00e8mes repose sur l\u2019utilisation de mod\u00e8les pr\u00e9cis et fiables des dispositifs passif et actif tels que les transistors MOS ou bipolaires. Afin de s\u2019assurer de la validit\u00e9 de ces mod\u00e8les au-del\u00e0 de 110 GHz, il est n\u00e9cessaire de r\u00e9aliser des mesures sup\u00e9rieures \u00e0 110 GHz. Cependant, au-del\u00e0 de cette fr\u00e9quence, les bancs et m\u00e9thodes de caract\u00e9risation actuels atteignent leurs limites. Ces travaux de th\u00e8se s\u2019inscrivent pleinement dans cette probl\u00e9matique li\u00e9e \u00e0 la mont\u00e9e en fr\u00e9quence des besoins de caract\u00e9risation, dont l\u2019objectif est le d\u00e9veloppement de bancs de caract\u00e9risation pour la mesure de bruit et de puissance entre 130 GHz et 320 GHz. Les travaux r\u00e9alis\u00e9s ont abord\u00e9 le d\u00e9veloppement d\u2019un r\u00e9cepteur de bruit qui a ainsi permis la caract\u00e9risation des sources de bruit d\u00e9velopp\u00e9es, jusque 260 GHz. La derni\u00e8re probl\u00e9matique trait\u00e9e par ces travaux a \u00e9t\u00e9 le d\u00e9veloppement d\u2019un d\u00e9tecteur de puissance hautes fr\u00e9quences jusque 320 GHz, poss\u00e9dant une large dynamique de mesure et une sensibilit\u00e9 suffisamment \u00e9lev\u00e9e pour assurer une mesure pr\u00e9cise et fiable.<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n<\/tbody>\n<\/table>\n<h5><span class=\"\">R\u00e9sum\u00e9 de la th\u00e8se en anglais:<\/span><\/h5>\n<table width=\"100%\">\n<tbody>\n<tr>\n<td>\n<table width=\"100%\">\n<tbody>\n<tr>\n<td>Thanks to advances in silicon technologies, it is now possible to design complex circuits in the millimeter frequency band above 110 GHz. The design of these systems relies on the use of accurate and reliable models of passive and active devices such as MOS or bipolar transistors. In order to ensure the validity of these models above 110 GHz, it is necessary to perform measurements above 110 GHz. However, beyond this frequency, the current test bench and methods of characterization are reaching their limits. These thesis studies are fully in line with this problem related to the increasing frequency of characterization needs, whose objective is the development of characterization benches for noise and power measurement between 130 GHz and 320 GHz. The work carried out has addressed the development of a noise receiver that has enabled the characterization of noise sources developed up to 260 GHz.
