Le micro-capteur a ensuite \u00e9t\u00e9 int\u00e9gr\u00e9 en paroi d\u2019une soufflerie afin de r\u00e9aliser son \u00e9talonnage statique et dynamique et d\u2019\u00e9tudier sa sensibilit\u00e9 \u00e0 la direction de l\u2019\u00e9coulement. Troisi\u00e8mement, le micro-capteur calorim\u00e9trique a \u00e9t\u00e9 utilis\u00e9 pour caract\u00e9riser des \u00e9coulements d\u00e9coll\u00e9s.\u00a0\u00a0Plusieurs micro-capteurs avec \u00e9lectronique miniaturis\u00e9e ont \u00e9t\u00e9 int\u00e9gr\u00e9s avec succ\u00e8s dans une maquette de volet et des essais de contr\u00f4le actif ont \u00e9t\u00e9 r\u00e9alis\u00e9s. In transport industries, controlling fluidic phenomena such as boundary layer separation allowssaving fuel and power, improving vehicles performances or insuring passenger\u2019s safety. In this context, sensors with accurate spatial and temporal resolution are required. Such devices enable to estimate the flow to control and allow real-time adaptation of the control. In this work, the objective is to develop wall shear stress and pressure micro-sensors for turbulent flows measurements and flow separation control.<\/div>\n<div style=\"color: #000000; font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 16px; font-style: normal; font-variant-ligatures: normal; font-variant-caps: normal; font-weight: 400; letter-spacing: normal; orphans: 2; text-align: justify; text-indent: 0px; text-transform: none; white-space: normal; widows: 2; word-spacing: 0px; -webkit-text-stroke-width: 0px; background-color: #fcfdfe; text-decoration-style: initial; text-decoration-color: initial;\">Firstly, a calorimetric micro-sensor was designed and realized using micromachining techniques for measuring simultaneously the wall shear stress amplitude and the flow direction. Secondly, the micro-sensor was flush-mounted at the wall of a wind tunnel for static and dynamic calibrations. Thirdly, it was used to characterize separated flows. Several configurations were studied: separation on airfoil profile, separation and reattachment downstream a 2D square rib and the separation on a flap model. Several micro-sensors with embedded electronics were successfully integrated on a flap model and active flow control experiments were performed.
