L\u2019absorption optique dans ces photoconducteurs est optimis\u00e9e gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 l\u2019utilisation d\u2019une cavit\u00e9 r\u00e9sonante. Nous avons tout d\u2019abord proc\u00e9d\u00e9 \u00e0 un travail de caract\u00e9risation de photoconducteurs avec diff\u00e9rentes propri\u00e9t\u00e9s g\u00e9om\u00e9triques (diam\u00e8tre, \u00e9paisseur de cavit\u00e9) et mat\u00e9riau, (temps de vie des porteurs) pour en extraire l\u2019influence de ces param\u00e8tres sur les performances en \u00e9chantillonnage. Nous avons ensuite d\u00e9velopp\u00e9 un mod\u00e8le opto\u00e9lectronique bas\u00e9 sur la caract\u00e9ristique courant-tension et le mod\u00e8le empirique de d\u00e9rive des porteurs de charge de Canali avec une approche quasi-statique. Ce mod\u00e8le nous a permis d\u2019isoler certaines caract\u00e9ristiques du photoconducteur susceptibles d\u2019\u00eatre la source des harmoniques. Une nouvelle structure de photoconducteur a \u00e9t\u00e9 d\u00e9velopp\u00e9e dans l\u2019objectif de pallier \u00e0 ces imperfections. Les r\u00e9sultats exp\u00e9rimentaux montrent une sym\u00e9trisation de la caract\u00e9ristique courant-tension et une r\u00e9duction de plus de 20 dB des harmoniques d\u2019ordre paire qui y est associ\u00e9e.
