To apply for the post of a researcher, it is necessary to perform a post-doc for 1 or 2 years in a foreign country.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>The lecturer is employed within a University. Generally, the new doctor executes a transition year as an ATER (Attach\u00e9 Temporaire d\u2019Enseignement et de Recherche) and splits his time between teaching and research.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Industrial careers are numerous but are mainly orientated towards Research and Development. However, it is also possible to work in business or management based environments.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>The laboratory may also support the creation of start-up companies.
