Il a mis en \u0153uvre de sa propre initiative une approche innovante d\u2019interposeur thermique au niveau des dispositifs III-V sur silicium, compatible avec les proc\u00e9d\u00e9s de fabrication CMOS. passant de la simulation Monte Carlo et la caract\u00e9risation avanc\u00e9e \u00e0 un engagement fort dans la nanotechnologie, <strong>la fabrication et \u00e0 la caract\u00e9risation de dispositifs III-V, notamment la diode Schottky \u00e0 base de GaN pour les applications haute fr\u00e9quence.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>En deux ans et demi, Beatriz a fait preuve d\u2019un engagement singulier pour la recherche en technologie au sein de la salle blanche de l\u2019IEMN, se formant rapidement \u00e0 de nombreux \u00e9quipements et contribuant \u00e0 plusieurs publications dans des revues et conf\u00e9rences internationales.<\/p>\n<p>Beatriz exprime sa gratitude envers l\u2019<a class=\"NBQaMOapyvoNfXRvUhkMQEypnZCoQVSnuqA\" tabindex=\"0\" href=\"https:\/\/www.linkedin.com\/company\/iemn-cnrs\/\" target=\"_self\" data-test-app-aware-link=\"\" rel=\"noopener\">IEMN<\/a> pour son accueil et pour la mise \u00e0 disposition des moyens technologiques et de caract\u00e9risation qui ont rendu ses travaux possibles.
