consolidating our expertise in areas of excellence, but also at supporting resolutely new activities, the basis of potential breakthroughs, in which we believe we can play a leading role in the future.<\/p>\n<p>Notre politique scientifique repose sur un \u00e9quilibre entre acquisition de connaissances et applications. Un tiers environ de notre activit\u00e9 concerne des recherches non appliqu\u00e9es, ou aux applications lointaines, qui constituent la base du ressourcement et du renouvellement des comp\u00e9tences scientifiques et technologiques de l&rsquo;institut.
