Ce prix de th\u00e8se, obtenu parmi des candidatures d\u2019excellente qualit\u00e9, r\u00e9compense un travail de recherches appliqu\u00e9es qui r\u00e9pond \u00e0 des enjeux actuels importants. Ces travaux proposent, en effet, des solutions innovantes qui peuvent \u00eatre mises en \u0153uvre pour r\u00e9soudre des limitations critiques des transistors \u00e0 base de GaN fonctionnant \u00e0 tr\u00e8s haute fr\u00e9quence (&gt; 40 GHz), ouvrant ainsi la voie \u00e0 des performances sans pr\u00e9c\u00e9dent sur la gamme d\u2019ondes millim\u00e9triques.<\/p>\n<p>Il est int\u00e9ressant de noter que la technologie d\u00e9velopp\u00e9e est en cours de transfert industriel au travers d\u2019un projet Europ\u00e9en.
