Cependant, la d\u00e9livrance de l\u2019insuline dans ce cas est limit\u00e9e par la faible perm\u00e9abilit\u00e9 de la couche corn\u00e9e (couche externe de l\u2019\u00e9piderme), qui laisse seulement passer les mol\u00e9cules hydrophobes et de poids mol\u00e9culaire inf\u00e9rieur \u00e0 500 Da.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\">Dans ce travail, nous avons d\u00e9velopp\u00e9 un nouveau syst\u00e8me d\u2019administration d\u2019insuline par voie transdermique qui exploite les excellentes propri\u00e9t\u00e9s \u00e9lectrothermiques d\u2019un film mince d\u2019or perfor\u00e9 recouvert d\u2019une couche de graph\u00e8ne charg\u00e9e en insuline. En appliquant une faible tension (puissance inf\u00e9rieure \u00e0 200 mW.cm<sup>\u20132<\/sup>), il est possible d\u2019atteindre une temp\u00e9rature stable de 52 \u00b0C en quelques secondes qui permet d\u2019activer la perm\u00e9ation, et donc la d\u00e9livrance d\u2019insuline.
