Previously, I was postdoctoral researcher in the department of Electrical and Computer Engineering in Nanomaterials and device laboratory at University of Texas El Paso in USA. I was participating to establish new laboratory and my research activity consisted on a synthesis and characterization of 2D materials such as Black Phosphorus, MoS2, WS2, NbSe2 for optoelectronic applications. Prior to this work, I was Temporary Assistant Professor at University of Rouen and associated to Reliability and Failure Analysis group in GPM laboratory. My research activity was conducted on the electrical characterization analysis of schottky junction and the study of the electrical properties into defects in commercial AlGaN \/ GaN-HEMT transistors for failure analysis.<\/p>\n
Selected Publications<\/h4>\n
1.
