The research effort will cover the entire value chain, from materials production to components and system integration, and targets a number of specific goals that exploit the unique properties of<br \/>graphene.<\/p>\n<p>Carbon is involved in the research group that targets graphene-based high frequency electronics, capable of significantly outperforming state-of-the-art technologies.<\/p>\n<p>It also takes part in the \" Flexible Electronics \" group, that plays a key role in the development of commercial applications within Graphene Flagship, from basic materials such as inks and graphene substrates, to component development and full flexible system integration.<\/p>\n<hr \/>\n<h3><a href=\"https:\/\/www.iemn.fr\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/11\/gracy_logo.png\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"wp-image-29110 alignright\" src=\"https:\/\/www.iemn.fr\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/11\/gracy_logo.png\" alt=\"\" width=\"190\" height=\"147\" \/><\/a>Gracy - Graphene for Circuits and Systems<\/h3>\n<p>Gracy is basic and applied research project that focuses on graphenebased circuits dedicated to innovative applications for communication systems.<\/p>\n<hr \/>\n<h3><a href=\"https:\/\/www.iemn.fr\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/11\/grade_logo.png\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"size-full wp-image-29141 alignright\" src=\"https:\/\/www.iemn.fr\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/11\/grade_logo.png\" alt=\"\" width=\"200\" height=\"132\" \/><\/a>Grade<\/h3>\n<p>GRADE project focuses on advanced RTD activities necessary to demonstrate the proof-of-concept of novel graphene-based electronic devices operating at terahertz (THz) frequencies. It aims at the demonstration and assessment of novel device concepts for future THz systems, and prepares their transition to semiconductor manufacturing.<\/p>\n<h3>Migraquel<\/h3>\n<p>The MIGRAQUEL project aims at developing graphene-based ultrafast, low-noise and lowpower transistors.
