In 2017, he defended his PhD thesis on infrared magneto-spectroscopy of 3D Dirac electrons at the High magnetic field Laboratory in Grenoble. Since 2018, he works at IEMN on the simulation and optical characterization of semiconductor mid-IR infrared detectors with ultrafast response (100GHz) and high sensitivity at room temperature (ANR-Hispanid project). The performance of the detectors is enhanced through the exploitation of plasmonic antenna arrays. His other main research interests include integrated optics, thin-films, electronic properties of solids and interferometry.

Recent publications

[1] Hakl, Tchoumakov, Orlita et al, Energy scale of Dirac electrons in Cd3As2, Phys.
